Look outside the box, please!

This past week I have had the pleasure of meeting new Clients for new business! Very exciting! Yet, I do want to ask the Hospitality Industry when are you allowing your Staff/ Team to let their hair down, exhale and dress the part? So many gorgeous, beautiful Properties that have amazing interiors, architecture and decor, yet the Uniforms don't represent their fabulous surroundings.

Your Staff will keep an everlasting experience for your Clients as they are the relations to the Property. Your Staff will be showing the Clients the love of staying at your Property, eating at your Property or living the adventure.

A cool, hip, classy or themed Outfit will make all the difference to your Staff. If they feel like they have been invested in, then they will invest in their working experience for you and your Clients!
